Phx PD arrived and began harassing him, finally letting him use the restroom. After he returned, they told him he had a warrant and aggressively arrested him. They would eventually wrestle a man who was not assisting arrest, to the ground outside. He pleaded for several moments that he couldnt breathe until he threw up and finally died from asphyxiation. All of this while officers shouted obscenities and mocked him.
The officers were not charged. Sign this petition and help change that by making this a national case.
