Dame Dash is in legal trouble once again. Hip Hop photographer Monique Bunn has filed a $50 million lawsuit against Dash, accusing the music mogul of sexual battery. Bunn explained in court documents that Dash had hired her to do a photo shoot for Poppington, his fashion company. She was told that she would be residing at Dash’s residence for the night and allowed to sleep in his daughter’s room.
“While Bunn was sleeping, Dash approached Bunn and placed his hand on Bunn’s breasts and placed hands/fingers on Bunn’s buttocks,” the complaint details the allegations, “Dash did not have the permission or consent to touch Bunn’s sexual organs, Dash was wearing a robe and had no underwear on. Dash had been drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana all day". She said she had to threaten to physically fight Dame Dash to prompt him to stop and leave the room. She said she did not sleep that night. Bunn’s attorney Chris Brown said he’s looking forward to proceedings.
Dash is denying the allegations, he wrote in a caption on social media, "I’m gonna deal with this on a beach in Hawaii … I will not be extorted… check your mans Collar at the end wait for it …more depositions with #chrisBrownthelawyer coming soon!". Dash’s partner Raquel Horn, Poppington LLC and Damon Dash Studio are named in the suit as well.
