We are 68 days away from the 6th Annual Arizona Hip Hop Festival and everyone is getting ready for their favorite time of the year and we wanted to highlight some artists you should check out when the biggest Hip Hop event in Arizona commences for the sixth year in a row. The next artist to be on the look out for this year is Brixx.
Brixx is an Arizona rapper with a cold delivery. That fits quite too well for an artist that hails from Anchorage, Alaska. While working on a new album that is slated to drop in 2020, Brixx is balancing the process of creation with preparing for his second tour. Arizona Hip Hop has been a great fit for Brixx as he stands out of the crowd with a refined flow and cadence while exposing and expressing himself with an honesty that is hard to find. His songs “Cheated” & “Love Song” are great examples of an artist that uses their pain as fuel for progress.
This honest artist gets his inspiration from his biggest fan, his son. While others try and impress the masses he is concentrating his efforts on impressing the most important person in his life. He writes honest music and doesn't hide behind material things without making it feel like he is doing it as a gimmick. His passionate performances showcase the authenticity in his lyrics. You can tell when someone is performing something they connect with because its real. You just cant hide that much honesty and he never even tries to. Brixx has shared the stage with many heavy hitting artists like Tyga, Caskey & Chris Webby and whipped the crowd into a frenzy every time.
